Our Visit with the Medernach Family

Tonight we went to visit baby Bryce and his proud mom and dad. WHAT A CUTIE!!!.....no Ry I'm not talking about you, sorry! The little man is so adorable, and what a head of hair, Olivia has some catching up to do! Mom and dad are doing great, very laid back and happy! Gosh Olivia I can't believe you used to be that small, you grew so quickly, but he's still got more hair than you! LOL.

8 Months Old

As I say every month, time is flying by! Our little girl is already 8 months old! She's not quite crawling yet, she's a bum scootcher, but if you hold your hands steady she pulls herself up. I have a feeling she wants to skip crawling and go straight to walking, she much more prefers to be on her feet. (And I couldn't help but take her monthly picture in her pj's I just love these ones.)

Our Weekend in Drayton Valley

Last weekend we went to visit our old neighbours in Drayton Valley. Sadly, on the first nite we took the batteries out of the camera so we could put them in the Wii motes so only sunday morning did Carrie and I realize we hadn't taken any pictures all weekend...duh! Sadly we didn't get any pictures of Tyler ( I think he was still in bed at this time, even will all the noise we were making LOL) But we had a really great time, we miss having them right next door, we won't get to see the kids grow up and that's sad. But they're happy up there so we're happy for them. But don't you guys worry, we'll be back to visit soon!!!

Mmmm Spagettio's

We've been working on getting Olivia to eat more "lumpy" foods, and this past week we tried her on something like baby spagettio's. And as you can see she smeared most of it around her face but I think we managed to get some of it in and she actually liked it. I think we'll try some spagetti later this week and see how that goes.

Brrr It's Cold In Here

So because we live in Calgary and the weather can be crazy in calgary, here is a picture of us all dressed in our woolies in the middle of August! LOL. We were taking the pupps for a walk and we had to bundle ourselves up cause it's a bit chilly and drizzly today. Our little munchkin very happily hung out with me in the snuggly. She giggled and kicked her legs the whole walk, silly girl!
We've been keeping a low profile the last couple days because it's been chilly so there isn't much to report on outings. Although we went to pick out mom's new trees that we'll be buying on the september long weekend. Mom is very excited to get them!!!! Other than that, we've been sticking around home. We'll report more when we have a more exciting life! LOL.
