Rollin, Rollin, Rollin....

Olivia Rolled Over!!! The little munchkin was trying to get away from me while I was playing dressup with her (making sure her new clothes fit) and she rolled over, it took a second to register in my brain, then all of a sudden I yelled, SHE ROLLED OVER!!! I scared the poop outta Cy who was sitting in the same room LOL. So of course we sat there with the camera waiting and it wasn't long before she did it again. Although she has encountered one problem, once she rolls over she's lying on one of her arms and can't get it out from under her LOL. I'm so proud of our little girl, I'm almost weepy! (Don't worry, we didn't let her roll off the ottoman, even though it looks like she's gonna go for it LOL)

Breakfast time is fun!

So I've been working on the cereal with Olivia for breakfast cause she's so intent on watching us when we eat, she pays very close attention to our forks going from our plates to our mouth. So during breakkie one morning I took some pictures, as you can tell it was a happy morning and she was enjoying her food, well she enjoyed making a mess with it anyway. Olivia is getting bigger and more active everyday. She's SO close to rolling over, her arm is the only thing stopping her from going all the way over, she can't figure out how to move it out of the way yet. And she's starting to get a bit more balance when she's sitting, she wobbles her head to keep her balance, it's like having my own bobble head! LOL But she's still not ready to sit quite yet, she lasts for about 5 seconds before she topples to one side or another.

Daddy Says No Bikini's !!!

While we were in Kenora we took Olivia for her first swim. She wasn't quite sure what this whole really bit tub thing was and why mom and dad were in it with her and why it was so darn cold! (Her little lip quivered when we first got in, it was really cute!) She kicked a little bit but more or less just let mom and dad tool her around the pool, I think we had more fun than she did, but it was a momentus occasion so of course he had to photograph it! Besides it was her first time in a bathing suit and according to dad it had to be a one piece, no bikini's till she's too old and wrinkled to show off her goods! LOL.

Olivia's First Airplane Ride

So this past weekend we all went on a family trip to Kenora, Ontario to surprise Olivia's Great Grandma on her 80th birthday. And Olivia took her first airplane ride, as you can see she has a thing for headphones, specially gramma's headphones, they must taste nummy or something. Olivia did great one the plane. On the way there it was a very early flight so she slept during takeoff and landing but played in between, but on the way home it was later in the afternoon so she cried right up until we took off, but then had a nap on my tray table, it worked perfectly! Oh....and if any of you are wondering what it's like to change a baby on an airplane change table....it's interesting, cramped and loud but interesting nonetheless.

4 Months Already!

Look at me, I'm four months old, aren't I precious! Actually it looks like she's already starting to pose for the camera LOL. Her personality is taking shape more and more each day, she's really laid back like her daddy, she loves to laugh and play and is starting to be a ham for the camera (she's forced to be, the poor thing has the camera in her face 24/7).

Cute As A Bug

So I have to give credit for this frame to Michelle, I stole this idea from her. But I created it for Lindsay, a co-worker of mine that just had a little girl named Scarlett. I didn't have the stamps that Michelle had so I used those foamies, they're fabulous!

Oh So Close....

Olivia is SO close to rolling over. I put her on her blankie from Auntie Nicky today so I could take a picture to show everyone, when you put her on her back she pushes with her left leg and kinda balances with her head and sholder, she just needs a little push and she's over. I've tried showing her how to throw her leg over but she just thinks I'm playing and giggles at me. Oh yes, she's giggling now too, forgot to post about that one. It's this rather funny sounding screech/giggle noise, but it's darn cute. She's changing every day, the baby is slowing slipping away and the toddler is emerging...how the heck did she grow so quickly? Where was I when she was doing this !
