Like Father Like Daughter

So Cy being the adorable computer geek he is, has given Olivia her first keyboard. She just loves pounding on the keys and trying to pry them off so she can eat them. This kid is going to have no choice but to be a computer wiz before she's 5. She'll be touch typing by the time she's three, or at least that's my goal! LOL.

Rubber Duckie.....

I realized that we haven't taken anymore bath time pictures of Olivia lately. So here she is, in all her glory!! Olivia LOVES her Killer Whale tub toy that she got in her goody bag at Alyssa's birthday.....Thanks Alyssa!!! (and Aly's mom and dad too!!) We've decided that we need to get a watering can for the bath, we play with them at swimming class and she loves the water over her head, and she always tries to drink it too!

Daddy's Little Girl

So, it's our right as parents to torture our children right? This it what Cy does to Olivia when he's changing her, then just leaves her that way. Aparently she enjoys it, Daddy makes her laugh no matter what! She's very much Daddys Little Girl!

Daddy wiping her face after he was tickling her and she laughed so hard she puked on him LOL

High Five Daddio!

She'll be Daddy's little soccer star!!

First Pancake!

During Stampede, Emma & I took Olivia to my company's stampede breakkie. She hung out with Mark, one of my bosses and she enjoyed her first pancake, I think she liked it once she got past the consistency.

Mealtime with Olivia

Here are a couple of accumulated pictures of Olivia when she's been eating, she has so much fun during mealtimes. She squeals in between spoonfulls and just makes the best of it....most of the time.

Dessert with Daddy!

SUPERSTAR!!!! LOL, actually the're sweet potato puffs but she just happened to get one stuck to her chest.

Apple sauce....rather tart I guess LOL!

Hey lady, bring that dish back here!

Mmmmm, that was goood!

7 Months and Holding

Our little princess is already 7 months old. She's getting really good at sitting up, she only falls over once in while. We're re working on re-training her to sleep thru the nite. Apparently when she hit 6 months she decided that sleeping thru the nite was for babies and she's a big girl now, big girls get up 2 or 3 times a nite!!! (ugh!) Otherwise she's doing fabulous, she's squeezing out the hair, it's slowly coming, we can't quite put a barrette in it yet...soon tho!! She likes to get frustrated when she can't do something, all of us are learning with this one, she'll grunt and screech when something doesn't go her way, some days it's cute....others...not so cute. She's just growing up way too fast!!!

A Blast From the Past

Ok, so this makes my heart skip a little beat, this is a picture of our little munchkin playing with my baby blanket from when I was an itty bitty. I've kept it all this time just for this reason, for my daughter to play with and cuddle with. sniff !

A New Floor for the Mak's

Just an update as to what mom and dad have been doing lately......

So Cy and I have taken on the task of putting in new floor on the mainfloor of the house. We started on sunday and we're pretty pleased with it. It didn't take long at all to do and was really easy (anyone ever tells you it's hard is lying!) We've only gotten the dining room and kitchen done so far, we have to get the subfloor raised where the carpet is so we can continue with the living room and down the hall and we'll be doing that this weekend.

Liv's First Stampede Breakkie

So this past saturday we went to the Chinook stampede breakkie. It was a bit chilly, but olivia got to enjoy her first stampede experience. There was so much to look at it was hard to get her attention for the photos LOL. And we also went to sneek a peek on thursday, her little neck must have been sore, cause she was whipping her head from side to side watching EVERYTHING that was going on. She even got to have her first c-train ride (we even got offered a seat, WOW!) LOL. Of course Liv got spoiled at the grounds, she got her very own bunny named after her, she enjoys chewing on it's nose. And mummy got spoiled too, I got an amber pendant, LOVE IT. Both olivia and I say, thanks daddy!!!
