6 Months Old !!!

I can't believe that Olivia is already half a year old! It seems like yesterday that I was still pregnant and couldn't wait to get her out. Now somedays I wish I could put her back in! JJ. Our little princess is now sitting up a lot, she's still not quite steady and will topple over without a seconds notice. But she's not doing to bad. She likes to sing and talk a lot (just like her mom) And peekaboo is her favorite game. She's not quite teething yet but she drools like a faucet! LOL, she's singing to me while I type this hahaha.

Mmmm Pop!

So when either Cy or I have a drink Olivia wants to have some too, she watches us and when we put the cup or bottle near her she tries to put it in her mouth (I have her an ear of corn one day and she put it in her mouth like a bottle, that was funny!!)

But she's forever trying to steal our pop bottles, and aparently she'll do anything for them, she stood the entire time she was tyring to drink out of it, she usually gets tired of standing and plopps down but she WANTED that drink!

My First Squashbook

So I attempted my first squashbook, it's a handmade mini scrapbook, you make the book part out of 12x12 cardstock then add in your pictures and words, etc. It's actually rather easy, didn't take very long to put together and it turned out pretty good. Thanks to my cricut all the wording was VERY easy and matches the rest of my backgrounds so I'm thankful again to my honey & liv for getting it for me for mothers day! Anyway, I just wanted to put up my latest endeavor in the craft world. I think I'll be doing more of these cause they're quick and fun. Enjoy!

Peas baaad, butternut squash goood!

I just had to put up this picture with our little princess enjoying her squash, she kept getting frustrated when I was holding the bowl out of her reach, cause if she would have gotten it we both would have been covered in food. But I couldn't resist those cute little faces so I gave her the bowl and she decided to lick out the food instead, spoons are just a waste of time mommy, get with the times!

She's Sitting....kinda...

Yes, she's sitting, but steady she ain't! But nonetheless she's sitting on her own, when I prop her up with pillows she just gets annoyed with them so we enter into boo boo stage, specially when she gets excited and arches her back and sails backwards before mommy can catch her (ya we don't like that one very much!) but she's really starting to enjoy her independence now, if she could figure out how to roll off her tummy onto her back again, she'd be packing her bags and up the street!

Ode to Shrek...

So the other day when I was feeding olivia her peas (which she doesn't seem to like incidentally) she decided that the peas looked better on the outside than in. And she does seem rather proud of herself for it too! She also wanted control of the spoon, I wasn't sure if she'd gag herself but the peas were doing a pretty good job of that so I let her have it. I think the spoon feels good on her gums cause all I could hear was the spook squeeking against them! LOL

mmm Pickles !

So we thought we'd get a funny reaction out of Olivia if we gave her a pickle, sadly no such luck. She's all about the pickles, not one sour face at all. It was funny tho to see her munching on it, not that she got any of the pickle but she tortured it for a bit then was done with it and tossed it on the floor. LOL
