Hanging out at Home

Since the van is broken we've been hanging out at home a lot more, having some tummy time & this morning we were just playing around on the couch, Liv and I were trying to get a picture of her and carter sitting on the couch and we were both laughing cause carter kept falling over, he'd even smile when he slid to the side.

Great Balance

Liv has some wicked balance, she loves standing on one of our legs with both feet, she pushes our hands away and just stands there smiling, knowing she's good at it. So yesterday her and daddy were out in the front yard and she was trying to get onto the rock, so Cy and her started playing around, I sure do have a silly family, but they've got great balance!!!

Sister & Brother

Liv and Carter are adjusting well to each other....ok Olivia's learning to share her mom & dad with Carter is more like it. And she likes to show him new things including how to play with his toys! I'm really enjoing the teaching that she's doing, it really pulls at the heart strings!

Dressing Herself

So the other morning when I went in to get Liv from bed she had gotten into her dresser and decided to dress herself for the day, she's got on a jumper and a t-shirt, both for her bottoms and nothing on the top....she's definately going to turn heads if she decides to dress like this when she's older LOL.

Waterpark

Trudy and I took the kids to the somerset waterpark last week, it was a bit windy but the girls had fun being silly and running around. Olivia didn't want to go into the water but she ran around and around our blanket for about 15 minutes. And she's a big girl now, using juice boxes instead of mom's watered down juice :)

No Longer A Newborn

I took this picture yesterday, Carter was 5 weeks & 5 days old, he no longer looks like a newborn! It went by so fast I can't believe it, I'm sad but looking forward to the next stages too.

Sharing

Yesterday Liv jumped up on the automan while Carter was playing and decided to share her granola snack, she put one of he snacks in each of his hands and he was waving his hands around all was smiles. It was too cute!
